We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.

Our 100% pasture-raised Galloway Silverside Beef Joint is a lean, boneless cut taken from the hindquarter, known for its fine grain and robust flavour. Our heritage cattle thrive on pure, natural landscapes. Our beef is entirely grass-fed and reared on pastures free from synthetic chemicals, ensuring their life is as close to a wild and natural life as possible.

We never use vaccinations, antibiotics, or pharmaceuticals—our cattle are naturally resilient and when needed, we support their well-being with traditional herbal remedies, resulting in the purest beef imaginable.
