Each week, you’ll receive a curated selection of dry-aged beef cuts. Across 12 months, you’ll receive a full nose to tail experience, expertly butchered and broken down into manageable weekly portions for flexibility and freezer space.
Here’s what you can typically expect each week:
- Small Share (1.1kg per week): Perfect for individuals or couples. Each box includes 2 different meals, with portion sizes to feed 2 people.
- Large Share (1.7kg per week): Ideal for families or those who want more nourishing beef on the table. Includes the same 2 meals, but with more generous portions for a family.
Every box includes recipe cards to guide you through simple, delicious ways to cook and enjoy that week's selection.
