Pasture Raised Heritage Pork Chops
We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.
Our pork chops come from rare-breed pigs raised slowly and naturally on open pasture. They spend their days rooting and roaming in the fresh air, producing meat that’s full of flavour and beautifully tender.
Each chop is hand-cut by our butcher and left with a little fat for the best taste and succulence when cooked. Perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or roasting, these chops are a classic cut that never disappoints — simple, wholesome, and delicious.
No routine antibiotics, no additives, and no shortcuts — just honest pork, raised the right way.
