Each week, you’ll receive one whole, pasture-raised heritage chicken — slow-grown for flavour, dry-plucked, and rested for texture. Over the course of a year, you’ll enjoy the full experience of eating seasonally raised birds, with real depth of flavour and nutritional integrity.

Small Birds (under 2kg)
Large Birds (over 3kg)

Each delivery includes seasonal recipe cards to help you make the most of every part — from classic roasts to slow-cooked stews, bone broths, and more.
