What makes our meat different:

  • Riggit Galloway Beef - Slow-grown, richly marbled native cattle reared on diverse herbal pasture. You're investing in our conservation herd that restores soil and thrives without grain, hormones or routine meds. Dry-aged the traditional way for tenderness and full-bodied flavour.

  • Native Breed Pork - Woodland-raised pigs, free to root, roam and forage as they please. Their outdoor life makes for resilient animals with real flavour — lovingly butchered into sausages, chops, slow roasts and more. No confinement, no shortcuts, just old-fashioned husbandry.

  • Hebridean Lamb - Britain’s oldest native sheep, grazing wildflower meadows and herbal leys. These hardy animals help regenerate the land as they grow, producing lamb that’s dark, complex, and utterly unlike supermarket fare. Naturally raised, respectfully prepared.

  • Heritage Chicken - Slow-grown birds reared for flavour, not speed. They forage freely, dust bathe, and live as nature intended — producing meat with real texture and nourishment. Delivered whole, to honour every part of the bird.

From just £49 per week, you’re not just buying meat - you're playing your part in reviving heritage farming from the ground up.

Here’s what you can typically expect each week:

  • Small Box (2.1kg per week): Perfect for individuals or couples. Each box includes 3/4 different meals, with portion sizes to feed 2 people.
  • Large Box (3.7kg per week): Ideal for families or those who want more nourishing beef on the table. Includes the same 3/4 meals, but with more generous portions for a family.

Every box includes recipe cards to guide you through simple, delicious ways to cook and enjoy that week's selection.
