This meal comes in a 400g pouch, ready to heat up. It serves two people when accompanied with a grain/potatoes, or one hungrier person. 

We send it frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to consume it within 3 days, and do not refreeze.
