Pasture Raised Heritage Pork Neck End
We send our meat frozen to maintain peak freshness. If your order arrives still frozen, you can store it in your freezer. If it arrives partially or fully thawed, it’s still safe to eat, just be sure to cook and consume it within 2 days, and do not refreeze.
100% pasture-raised, heritage pork born and slow grown at My Little Farm
Our pork neck end, also known as the shoulder, comes from slow-grown, outdoor-reared pigs that live naturally on pasture. This well-marbled cut is full of flavour and perfect for slow cooking — think pulled pork, stews, or a hearty roast with crisp crackling.
Because our pigs grow at their own pace and feed on a natural diet, the meat develops a rich depth of flavour you simply don’t get with intensively farmed pork. Each joint is hand-prepared by our butcher and ideal for long, gentle cooking that brings out its tenderness.
No routine antibiotics. No additives. Just real pork, raised with care and respect.
Each Pork Neck End Joint weighs approximately 1.24kg.
