As My Little Farm grows, so does the team of people helping to bring it to life.

What began as just our family with a bold vision has now become something much bigger. We’ve been building a dedicated, multi-skilled team across farming, food, logistics, operations, community, and beyond. 

Each person brings deep experience, unique knowledge, and a shared belief in the principles that guide us: regeneration, food sovereignty, and community stewardship.

This team is now the beating heart of My Little Farm. They’re the ones preparing your food boxes, planting your orchard trees, raising your livestock, answering your emails, coordinating your deliveries, and imagining what’s possible—so we can build it with care.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin sharing more about each team member - their backgrounds, roles, and the part they play in the My Little Farm story.
