Two weeks ago, the farm shop was still just a vision. Yesterday, it opened its doors for the very first time.
It was a quiet milestone, but a meaningful one—watching our community gather beneath the trees, filling baskets with food we’ve spent years cultivating, and beginning a new chapter for My Little Farm.
We’re proud of what we’ve built. And especially proud of the team who brought it to life.
The past six weeks—particularly the last two—have been full of long, demanding days. Building a farm shop from scratch in that time, while still caring for animals and nurturing the land, has been no small task. But the team showed up every day, with grit and heart.

Of course, there’s still work to do.
We’re setting up a more reliable off-grid power system (there’s no mains in the woodland), improving toilet facilities, and finishing the final touches. Some products were missing, a few signs didn’t make it, and we’re already thinking about how to do it better next week.
This is just the beginning.
In the coming weeks, we’ll expand the produce range, refine the systems, and elevate the experience. A proper coffee and food truck is on the wishlist—so you can stay a little longer and enjoy a meal in the woods.
We’re shaping a farm shop unlike any other - built not just on produce, but on people, community, and connection to the land.
