Kalettes

Kalettes are a cross between kale and Brussels sprouts. They are sweet and nutty in flavour, with a milder taste and less bitterness than Brussels sprouts, and are entirely edible, from the tender base to the leafy top. These cruciferous vegetables are particularly rich in Vitamin C and B6, and also high in vitamin K, fibre, calcium, iron and vitamin A.

Their unique structure, frilly outer leaves and compact sprout-like base, makes them ideal for roasting, sautéing, or eating raw with dips.
