Deadon Cabbage

Deadon cabbage, a type of January King, has a sweet, mild flavour. It is rich in vitamins C and K, fibre, and antioxidants.

Cooking suggestion: Sauté with butter and garlic, or shred and braise with apple and vinegar for a sweet and tangy side dish. It also works well raw in slaws for a crisp, colourful addition.
