Our potato variety Java has a deep red skin and pale, creamy flesh that holds its shape well when cooked. Naturally high in fibre and potassium, they’re perfect for a wide range of culinary uses, including boiling, mashing, roasting, and baking.
Cooking suggestion: Roast with rosemary and garlic for crispy skins and fluffy centres, or boil for a buttery, soft potato salad.
